Stallholder FAQs
How do I book a stall with Hall Cottage Company Events?
You can book a stall by visiting the 'Book A Stall' page here.
How much is a stall?
Stall fees vary per event but are generally between £25-£55 per 6ft table.
We offer a £5 discount per additional table you require.
Is a table provided with my stall?
Tables and chairs may be provided at some of our events, depending on the venue and facilities available. We'll always make it clear in the stallholder information whether tables and chairs are included, so you can plan ahead and know exactly what you'll need to bring with you on the day.
How do you advertise your events?
We put a great deal of time, care and effort into promoting every event, making the most of every opportunity to spread the word!
This includes paid social media advertising, sharing our events in relevant social media groups, distributing flyers and displaying posters in local areas.
We’re always looking for ways to reach new audiences and encourage as many visitors as possible to come along and support our wonderful stallholders.
What is the average footfall at your events?
We understand that footfall is an important consideration when booking a stall, and we work hard to promote every event and attract as many visitors as possible. However, we choose not to predict or guarantee visitor numbers, as attendance can be influenced by a variety of factors, including the weather, competing events and other circumstances beyond our control.
What are your T&C's for stallholders?

Visitor FAQs
Is there an entry fee to your events?
Most of our events are either free entry or have a £1 entry fee, and offer free entry to under 18's.
Larger scale events may have an entry fee of up to £3, but this will always be made clear in our promotion of the event.
What types of stalls can I expect at a Hall Cottage Company Event?
We always aim to provide our visitors with a memorable shopping experience. At our Craft Fair & Markets, you can expect to find a fantastic mix of handmade items from creative makers, alongside small business stalls, promoters and charities.
Do you take cash/card payments?
If there is an entry fee at the event you are attending, you will have the option to pay cash or card on the door.
We encourage our stallholders to accept both cash and card payments, but ask that you bring cash to our events just in case.
